Much of the expansion and redevelopment of Horizon Shores over the past two
years has been hidden from view, with underground works making the marina
self-sufficient, but there's plenty to see above ground with new wet berths in
the North and East Haven marinas, as well as new buildings to satisfy demand
for industrial space. Landscaping and construction is set to continue through
the early months of 2009, with Horizon Shores set to take on a very different
look.
Horizon Shores' $500 million expansion and redevelopment is well underway
and is already a great success. The demand for marina berths and the on-site
commercial and industrial space continues to grow. Horizon Shores is
successfully meeting that demand.
